I don't know why that npub is stuck, but... The block list gets weird at times. What
mrecheese 🧀 and other cheeses (nprofile…t4ra) discovered is that you can use another nostr client to block (and then unblock if you want) a random npub and then you should be able to block that particular noub. It has something to do with block list caching, IIRC.
