I think switching from X to #Bluesky is falling into the same trap. It's not really decentralized and it's VC funded. But at the same time, I never really limited the reach of my posts unless it was a really ugly place like X, Truth.social, or Gabe. So I've enabled the bridge to Bluesky. While my home is here on #Fediverse, I don't mind having my posts there and interacting with their users. If it ever changes, I'll just disable the bridging.
