In the past, how have prisonner exchanges been done? trucked/bused to a neutral point within Ukraine? Or flown in to Kyiv for Ukrainians and some Russian airport for the Russian POWs ?
Curious to know if this particular flight was just moving POWs around, or whether they were being flown in preparation for an exchange.
