Want to know how to use “Proof of work” to help manage your kids ?
When my kids ask for something, a sweet, a toy, screentime, etc… I respond by asking them to complete a proof of work task. It rewires their brain and makes them understand that anything fun should be preceded by proof of work. Here are some examples:
1. Read a chapter from a book
2. Vigorous exercise.
3. Maths sums
4. Read an article
5. Write a couple of paragraphs on a topic
6. 5k steps
Etc….
