You’re absolutely right - there are counterparty risks to owning MSTR shares. Yet the issue for the powers that be is that if they do this, is they have just handed the biggest advertisement for holding actual Bitcoin in existence. Plus, there is no they - in order for it to happen by any form of consensus in government, things would have to be pretty dire. If and when MSTR reaches the S&P 500 - ownership dilutes further and this confiscation risk falls, imo
