Today is the first day of in person classes for my college going grandkids.
They requested a batch of my homemade potato salad for last weekend when they were celebrating the end of summer.
It didn't get done until this morning. Can be an after-school snack.
This recipe comes from my childhood, and the grandkids love, love it.
There is lots so they can eat to their hearts delight.
