Jack's parents died when he was 8. He went to live with his uncle who didn't ever want a kid. He ran away when he was 17
Ellis was kicked out of his pack as a teenager when it became obvious he was going to be stronger and more dominant than the Alpha.
Marcus is pretty meh about his family. They were rich and mainly absent.
Found family is a big theme for me.
