You should not be using global feed, amethyst doesn't even have a global feed, DVMs are good for content discovery and your regular feed is something you curare by hand, so I don't have this problem on amethyst at least. And in the off chances this does happen (usually through spam on some hashtags I follow) I block them report and move on.
