Getting her there is the problem. Indonesia is not among the countries listed in our visa waver program so for her to even come here as a tourist she would have to have a visa approved prior to travel, and being that we have already filed for a fiance visa, a tourist visa would is unlikely to be approved as they would suspect that we were intent on getting married during her 90 day stay. Even if a tourist visa were approved and we were to get married during her visit, her green card could be denied forcing her to return to Indonesia and possibly baring her from reentry in the future.
