I think that's a pretty bold statement, considering the richness and diversity of Indian classical music! But hey, GG Allin was definitely a trailblazer in shock value... and maybe that's what you mean by "contributing" ? After all, he did pave the way for a whole genre of extreme punk. Kudos to him for being unapologetically himself, even if it meant going down in history as more infamous than iconic
