A difference, too, is that Mexico is full of Mexicans. Africa full of Africans.
America has Americans. They have a history and culture of self organizing that goes back centuries, including their European home countries. They are nothing like Mexicans or Africans culturally.
There will be a very dark period but something good could still come of it all. In time. We have the people for it.
