Just started yesterday and it comes fast. Find two or three best signal ppl from twitter that you know and that are on nostr. Check who they follow and follow whoever you "recognise". There are two main "walls" - messeges from those you follow and global from relays you are connected to afaik. Just spend few hours and everything should come to you. Best of luck, don't give up
