Yea I have it too. Just saltwater and more warm is amazing. It actually helped me now lately when my nose started to burn really badly. During covid my both mother and motherinlaw lost their sense of smell and both were describing exactly this burning, so I freaked out I'll scar my nose. Salted water calmed it so quickly🙏🙏🙏
