Watched two very disappointing sequels recently.
Watched Matrix Resurrections last night. Not good. Not sure what I should have expected, but man, what a dull movie.
And the one that hurts even more was Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. While visuals were still lovely, the story was terrible. The first one was 1 of my favs recently.
I usually don't like being a negative person and usually am not that harsh on media, but man some of these companies are really trying to squeeze their IPs dry
