In tears reading everyone’s kind messages. Mood is low today, I spent all morning in bed unable to do anything. I’m too frightened to look at my inbox to see my supervisor’s response. I have my first therapy session in an hour, I might wash and get changed first. Thanks, all 🫶🏻
