Trying to get a good list going of countries who have stopped arms transfers to Israel...

Japan
Spain
Belgium
Canada as of 8Jan
Netherlands as of Feb
I don't think Turkey ever supplied arms, but they get a special mention for suspending ALL trade.
Any others?
