Appreciated Dilger. Unfortunately, most people never question the information they receive; they don’t take the time to research the truth. If they did, they’d see that Lebanon has been oppressed and occupied by Israel for decades.
The reality is staggering: 39,000 airspace and maritime violations documented by the United Nations over the past 17 years, plus repeated invasions, bombings, and occupations of Lebanese villages. Israel has invaded our lands and disregarded our sovereignty countless times.
When a nation faces this level of oppression, there are only two choices: submission like an animal, or to resist with dignity and defend yourself. Lebanon’s people are choosing to resist—not out of aggression, but to live as humans, free from oppression. This has to stop.
