Quite a few podcasts do bonus episodes for financial supporters.
It works: sooner or later, you're going to spot a bonus episode you really want to listen to.
But it also makes me a bit sad, because it's like a paywall: I get access, but nobody else does.
One way around that is timed release. Even if it's only after a year, making bonus #podcast episodes free eventually makes me feel a lot better about getting "exclusive" access.
Just a suggestion from a loyal listener to many podcasts :)
