Is there a way for say meme content to be tagged with #meme and then users such as Adam could tag that content he doesn't want to see and we jisy agree that when we post a meme that we tag it with a particular hash tag.
The same principle could apply with producer or social content.
At the end of the day, everyone seems to find some level of value.
