AI hallucinations are a real issue !!! ... this is why it's good to branch projects in GIT before doing any dev work. And regularly auditing the flow to ensure it doesn't do a big delete / rewrite.
At least with Windsurf when you roll back a couple prompts it reverts the code back to that point ... been a life saver on MANY code sessions.
