I've had chronic sinus issues all my life but they improved a bit after I had one molar removed that had roots going up into one of my sinus cavities. Dentist wouldn't touch it, had to go to an oral surgeon. Human bodies are weird.
Hope you're able to find a doctor/team of doctors that figure yours out eventually.
