I'm (re)taking this free one-hour Bystander Intervention Training course coming up on May 16th (11am EST), and thought I'd share.
It's run by Julie Lalonde who also lives in #ottawa, and I encourage everyone that if you have the time to take it.
Lots of people have been in a situation where someone is abusing someone else and everyone there freezes as they don't know what to do. This gives you the steps.
It's an hour long, cameras-off, so you can stay in your PJs.
