The PR team for an email app I criticized for piling on too many features just emailed asking if they could be included in a best of roundup. When I explained that the roundup is based on the review scores they told me about some new features they added. Bonus points: it was AI, a feature I’ve separately argued doesn’t belong in email apps.
It’s so hard to not just troll PR people all day.
