When I worked a Lowes as a floor associate, I used to deal with some whiney ass and rude customers. I got constantly got reprimanded for being mean to customers and other employees but that's a different story. Sometimes it's hard not snap back when you're dealing with bad customers. You are way nicer than I am when dealing with people like that.
