At supper tonight my sons asked me the craziest concert I'd ever been to; I'd been to many. Easy. Lynyrd Skynyrd North Charleston, SC early 90's. The entire show was a wild rebel reunion; from the opener with Rebel flags a'wavin, up to the moment when Freebird began and a Rebel Flag larger than could be believed dropped from the ceiling behind the stage. It became mayhem, but not quite what one would expect. Good ol boys were weeping, hugging, singing, dancing with their gals, it was nuts.
