Im being serious. What value does Bitcoin bring if no one wants to exchange goods and services for it? Has nothing to do with privilege.
As my comment about a pyramid scheme is correct. All these people preaching about got great it is to get the value to go up (by getting people to buy into something that's essentially worthless if no one takes it) so they can SELL for a profit. Leaving the people who bought in waiting for the next pump.
The only way this is going to work is if it replaces cash as an alternative currency. My suggestion to have it at points of sale which would literally add a barcode to the terminal is a good way to go mainstream.
The biggest problem I see with all of it is the volatility. These businesses are going to want $10=$10. Not whatever the value is when they cash out from Square.
