Some of us want nothing to do with algorithms. I've seen them lead to decline, first on Facebook and then everywhere else. Chronological order or nothing.
The coolest thing about Nostr is that you can disagree with me, and we'll both be happy with our user experience.
Nostr's lack of feed algorithms allows us to engage with the content that we want, not the content that someone spoon fed to us.
In the future, we'll have feed algorithms here too, but the difference will be that we'll be in control. The algorithms will be transparent and of user choice; or they will fail.
