It's been 45 days since I quit drinking.
I've come to appreciate self-reflection as the path to growth: to take a moment, every day, to examine my thoughts and actions. I ask myself, "What have you learned about yourself, and how can you use this knowledge to better yourself today?"
I'm just getting started.
