If only my County Legislature and the Village of Massena had listened to me 20 years ago when GM shutdown and Alcoa closed one of two plants They asked the public for ideas on how to use all that spare power from the Moses-Saunders Power Dam (2250 MW)
I wrote a proposal to leverage the two high-speed fiber optic network loops in the county to support a Data Center to attract tech companies but they wanted Heavy Industry and the 1000's of jobs back
