I’m working on removing my connection to as many ‘big tech’ things as possible to support open source alternatives.
Mostly, streaming platforms and other subscription services that keep you locked in.
We’re looking at saving a lot of money every year by doing this, plus gaining some autonomy. Win/Win. 💪
In other words, I picked up a Synology ds423+ unit and will be building in it for the next few weeks!
