I do have a preference for it even if I still can't articulate it properly. The main problem is going to be what types of people we are creating in academia, that we are shaping. The Human Rights crowd seem to be overcorrecting, they are rewarding the criminals in the courts and giving them more rights even though they do not value the rights of others. So commonsense is not found there with them.
