I love the city I live in, but as someone who loves working at coffee shops, I'm very frustrated that we don't have a single good coffee shop in town. My two favorite Texas-based coffee shops (SummerMoon & Houndstooth) are anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour away and include driving through traffic which just isn't worth it. 😩
