From what I gathered. This was about Adam saying “this instance is hurting the show”
Then the options that were arbitrarily decided on were migrating or shutting down the instance.
Legality had nothing to do with it.
Doesn’t 230 cover this? Wouldn’t I be responsible if I posted something illegal? Isn’t all of this covered under freedom of speech/expression?
