Cooked up some balsamic mushrooms and zucchini to accompany my home raised pork chops. I don't measure usually but it's roughly as follows:
Mushrooms sliced a bit thicker than the zucc.
3:1 balsamic vinegar to soy sauce
Garlic, you measure that with the heart
A little honey
Olive oil
S&P
