The reason the jury instruction for Trump is important even beyond Trump is it sets a dangerous precedent.
Lets say you have an unpaid speeding ticket from 10 years ago. They can't legally bring you to court on that. Oh but now they're gonna charge you for murder. Now you're in court for that cause its a felony.
11 jurors convict you of the speeding ticket, 1 decides you did a heckin murder. Now you're in jail on felony murder over a speeding ticket
