Pepper Preservation Progress
The peppers in the smoker got 16 hours of smoke from the pellets. They are now getting a combination of smoke/heat from the maze smoker and additional heat from the electric element which was turned on 4 hours ago.
They are now very sticky from the sugars and the remaining smoke from the maze will be sufficient. Then it will be the electric element only to finish dehydrating the peppers.
