Now, I know there had to be something that I could do to make this work, and what I figured out is you need to change the kids age. But not just in one spot, but like 3 places on Google.. not Fitbit And then wait 24 hours after changing the age... And then uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app multiple times. It really is a hassle, hence why they say to just buy an ace Fitbit 🤷♀️
