I was an early adopter on Orbi since they used a dedicated radio for the mesh backhaul but a few years ago they started pushing out crap firmware updates that made my network reboot every 30 minutes or less. I ditched them for an Eero setup and have been happy since. Glad to hear Orbi has settled in and gotten decent again.
I would rather have run Ethernet in the walls when we bought the house, but nobody was doing residential installs in 2000.
