The experienced OSINT accounts kept cautioning all of the newcomers to not dive in deeper than they could handle and relayed tales of people developing PTSD-like problems from being exposed to so much horrible footage.
People have different reactions to viewing war footage. It depends on how your brain is wired. It hits some people a lot harder than others. If that's you, setting boundaries is a must.
