The thing that pisses me off most about the (entirely atavistic) focus by the press and some Democratic officials on Biden’s mental fitness is that this story has legs, and the 6-3 running on Trump v United States did not.
It’s not just that SCOTUS delivered #InmatePO1135809 a gift of delay and (probably minor) immunity from some of Smith’s charges, and not even the risk that Mr. “Muh Article II” can go entirely off the chain in a second term,.
It’s the slow-rolling constitutional crisis.
