If you need to keep your seed phrase in your head for a short while use a border wallet. I use a high entropy bip39 passphrase with my seed phrase. Backed-up separately from my seed phrase.
I also like Super Shamir secret sharing. Don't fuck around with memory parlor games. You'll get screwed..🧡😊
