I understand why there have been attempts to dirty him up: he's funded by his constituents rather than lobbyists. That's a dirty thing in DC.
Maybe I'm wrong but all the dirty people in DC are complaining about Trump appointing him for AG, Republican and Democrat alike. That's a positive sign.
We'll see, I guess.
