AICore might stop using hardware attestation when they open it up to more devices... or it might always use it and lock people into the stock OS on specifically approved devices. That's doing more than most apps using Play Integrity and leaked keys would be needed to bypass it. Ridiculous, but that's how it is.
Google Play's LiteRT (TensorFlow Lite) is portable and works fine via TPU accel on Pixels.
