2/ ASTRA reports that Russia's 272nd Motorised Rifle Regiment has established an illegal prison and torture facility on the grounds of the 47th Division's headquarters. Russia's largest military training facility, where the Russian Ground Forces exercise, is located at Mulino. According to former detainees, wounded soldiers – mainly conscripts – are being "illegally detained and subjected to violence" by military police.
