A lot of people are confused why I did data analytics for my masters so let me explain the path I’m doing, as recommended by a faculty member I trust:
Psych based undergrad business degree —> Data science based grad business degree —> Psych based doctoral business degree
The logic is that doing the data analytics degree in the middle will help me with the PhD in ways that I wouldn’t have learned otherwise and be able to keep up better in the theory classes.
