Here's some general clues without actually building the thing.. you kind of have two systems.. a solar system charging a battery and a battery system powering a pi.
For the solar to charge the battery you need some way to control the voltage and feed the battery and not overcharge it. Similarly you need to take the battery reduce the voltage and feed the pi. Those are the pieces parts imho.
