Folks can "disagree" whether or not an accommodation is valid or not, but they stop being an ally to disabled people when they do. As someone with a mental health disability, it is quite common for me to be disbelieved about my access needs and abilities and this has a material effect on my quality of life and safety.
What you think to yourself or share with friends in private about others' disabilities is one thing but if you go on social media to say it, I don't need you as a follower.
