Matty (nprofile…x8tf) Sure here are my conditions. I'm never doing overtime or on-call. My schedule is Monday-Friday 9-5. My scope of responsibility will be outlined with absolute specifics and anything outside that scope I get to drop as not supported. I get a month paid time off days I can use whenever I want with virtually no notice. And we're going to re-review my contract every year so I can evaluate how much your managers tried to move the goalposts on me so I can etiher roll back their demands or increase my pay and if you don't like it I quit immediately. Sound good?
