Your npub stays as is. It's your digital Identity. The names you are referring to are NIP-05. These are your internet Identifiers.
the names you registered are dependant on the service you have used. Nostrpleb and primal are not related. When you claimed your primal name (this address is called nip-05) you send the new event to the relays, like "hey nostr, im signing this event with this new name" and now others will find you by this name only. Not nostrplebs. If you ever wanna change that, change your nip05 in client to nostrplebs and the client will propagate your new name to relays you use.
