PR day today! I am so proud of myself!
Went for a run and I finally beat the 7km mark - 7.15km total in just under 1h
I messed up my route and ended up lost at some point, had to check the map (yes that bad) to find where I was and how to get back, and there were some ridiculously steep climbs with dead ends (also that) which led to a slower average pace. I am very smart.
Still managed to finish the 7.15km in less than 1h and I am not even super exhausted. It really helped that today is not warm and there’s a light drizzle.
My knee feels great too.
Extremely happy with this and thanks all the #runnersofmastodon who have been incredibly supportive during my knee recovery saga
